Celebrity Guest Judge Announcement: Chef Jujhar Mann

The Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association is thrilled to welcome Chef Jujhar Mann—award-winning pastry chef, Food Network champion, and Netflix star—as the celebrity guest judge for this year’s Gingerbread Village Showdown at Central City.

Chef Jujhar has captured audiences worldwide with his creativity and craftsmanship on hit shows including Super Mega Cakes, The Big Bake Holiday, Is It Cake?, and The Great Chocolate Showdown. Trained under renowned pastry masters Amaury Guichon in Las Vegas and Jean Michel MOF in Paris, he brings world-class technique and storytelling to every dessert he creates.

As the founder of Mann & Co Bakeshop, Jujhar has built more than a business—he’s created a space where tradition, innovation, and artistry meet. His dedication to quality has earned Mann & Co Bakeshop the Canadian Choice Award for Best Bakeshop in Surrey (2025), and his community leadership was recognized with the Sikh Heritage Award for Community Changemaker.

A proud South Asian chef in the baking industry, Jujhar is passionate about inspiring the next generation. Growing up, he rarely saw chefs who looked like him on screen or in the kitchen. Today, he hopes to change that by encouraging young bakers to pursue their passions fearlessly—no matter their background or expectations.
